This document outlines the rules and agreements between you and Aerovagon Aviation. It is based on the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The original Arabic version is legally binding, and this English version is for your convenience.

If you have your own terms, they do not apply here.

Data Collection

We need to collect information like your name, address, email, phone number, and other details to fulfill our contract with you. This also includes details of the passengers you are booking flights for.

Our Role and Services

You need a charter flight. We will help you prepare and organize everything for the flight. We will:

• Help you choose the right aircraft and airline.
• Negotiate and sign a charter contract with the airline on your behalf. The contract is only between you and the airline.

If necessary, we might change the airline to another one with similar standards.

Data Protection

We will collect and process data only:

• With your consent.
• To fulfill our contract with you.
• To comply with legal requirements.
• Based on a legitimate interest.

We share data with third parties only to fulfill our contract.

We keep data only as long as needed or as required by law.

Your Role and Responsibilities

You must:

• Provide all necessary travel documents.
• Ensure that passengers have the correct documents.

You confirm that you have collected all passenger data legally and that we can process and share this data.

Charter Price

You must pay the charter price on time, as specified in the contract. Prices may change due to factors like fuel costs or insurance.

Payments must be made in the agreed currency and within the set deadlines. If you miss a payment, we may cancel the contract and charge late fees.

Cancellation and Termination

You can cancel the contract by giving us written notice and paying the cancellation fees specified in the contract.

We can terminate the contract if:

• You breach the contract and do not fix it within a reasonable time.
• You threaten to stop fulfilling your obligations.
• You become bankrupt.

If we terminate the contract, you must pay cancellation fees and may owe additional damages.

Responsibility

We are not the carrier and are not liable for the airline’s actions. We are not responsible for delays or changes unless caused by our breach of contract.

The captain of the aircraft has full authority during the flight, and you must follow their instructions.

Liability

We are not liable for third-party actions over which we have no control. We are also not liable for events beyond our control, such as weather or strikes.

Our liability is limited to cases of slight negligence causing death, injury, or health issues. In other cases, our liability is excluded.

If we are liable, damages are limited to 75% of the charter price.

Contract Terms

The written contract includes all agreements between us. Any changes must be in writing.

If one part of this contract is invalid, the rest remains effective. We will adjust the invalid part to reflect our original intent as closely as possible.

Law and Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by UAE law. If you are a merchant or have no general jurisdiction in the UAE, any disputes will be settled in Dubai, UAE.
